Stage two keeps pointing south. After Finsterwalde, the first kilometres stay flat: open Lower Lusatian fields, strips of forest, then the Lauchhammer-West area. Around Ortrand, Brandenburg is almost done; beyond it, the road starts to lift into Saxony. Lampertswalde and Schönfeld bring wider views, more wind and short village crossings. Radeburg is the last clear waypoint before Dresden. The finish is practical rather than pretty: suburbs, wider roads and a long roll into the city.
