The longest stage comes last: roughly 139 kilometres separate Sindi from Tallinn. After crossing the Pärnu near Tori, the route continues through extensive woods, farmland and small settlements around Tootsi and Kaisma. The ground remains mostly level, with Rapla providing a larger town after about 80 kilometres. The twin towers of its Mary Magdalene Church rise above the lower buildings. Hageri and Saku mark the remaining journey north before Tallinn’s outer districts replace the rural surroundings. Near the centre, the round towers of Viru Gate appear with their pointed red roofs. The narrow streets of the medieval old town lie just beyond them. After ten days of riding, the journey reaches its northern destination at the edge of these old streets.
