The final day still has one proper Mallorca classic left. From Sóller, the route climbs out of the valley on the old road to Coll de Sóller. Orange groves, dry-stone walls and tight switchbacks shape the first kilometres until the high point comes after roughly nine kilometres. Then the long descent begins on the southern side: bends, pines, views towards the plain and the approach to Bunyola. From there, the ride becomes flatter and more urban. Through Palma’s northern outskirts, the route returns to the city, where the cathedral and harbour close the loop.
