Custom Tour Planning Conditions

1. What the service is
Rogonneur provides a custom cycling tour planning service: tailored route planning and travel recommendations based on your submitted preferences.
2. What is not included
Rogonneur does not automatically book accommodation, transport, bike rental, restaurants, or any other third-party services. Any such bookings remain your responsibility.
3. When planning starts
Planning begins only after your payment has been successfully confirmed. No work starts before payment confirmation.
4. The planning fee
The amount you pay is a service fee for route and itinerary planning. It is shown gross, including applicable VAT.
5. Revisions
Your custom tour includes a reasonable number of revision rounds so the plan can be adjusted to your needs. The exact revision policy is communicated with your draft.
6. Response and delivery timelines
Rogonneur will review your request and keep you updated by email. Expected response and delivery timelines are communicated after payment confirmation.
7. Cancellation and refunds
If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are handled according to how much planning work has already been completed; a confirmed refund cancels the custom tour.
8. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for decisions regarding weather, road closures, personal safety, local regulations, service availability, and all booking decisions made along your route.
