From Bratislava, the stage first follows the Danube out of the city. Beyond Petržalka and Čunovo, the day turns wide and flat: embankments, floodplain forest, side channels and long straight sections shape the ride. Near Čunovo, the white-water course and Danubiana sit close to the bike path; later, the Gabčíkovo section brings plenty of water and open sky. At Medveďov, the route crosses into Hungary. Via Vámosszabadi, it continues to Győr, where the Rába, Mosoni-Danube and baroque old town close the day.
