The GPX starts on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, not at the old harbour. Sainte-Maxime, Les Issambres and Saint-Aygulf come first: short gaps between towns, no empty kilometres. From Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, the coast gets sharper. The best section sits between Agay, Anthéor and Théoule: red Esterel rock, small coves, railway, road and sea pressed into the same strip. After that, the ride becomes urban. Mandelieu, Cannes, Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer. After just over 100 km, the track enters Nice via the airport and Promenade.
