Ancona marks the shift into a new cycling world. Along the Adriatic coast, the route becomes flat, direct and unmistakably Italian: beach towns, railway lines, cafés, roundabouts, road cyclists in small groups. Beyond Falconara, the sea keeps opening up beside the road, Senigallia brings long promenades, while Fano and Pesaro add a more urban rhythm.
