The second stage stays close to the water almost all day. After Tučepi, the route follows the Makarska Riviera south, with Biokovo rising steeply behind the road and the Adriatic beside it. Podgora, Igrane, Drvenik, Zaostrog and Gradac line up as coastal villages between rock, pine trees and small bays. The landscape then opens sharply in the Neretva delta: canals, fields, reeds and flat light. Near Klek, the road becomes tighter and hillier again before crossing the border and finishing in Neum.
