Day 3 starts with a proper crossing: out of Vordingborg, over Masnedø and across the Storstrøm Bridge, with water on both sides and Falster straight ahead. After that, the ride quiets down into open farmland, small villages and wind that already tastes of the Baltic. Nykøbing Falster adds a brief dose of town life on Guldborgsund before the route keeps leaning south. Gedser is the reward: ferry port, lighthouse, cliffs and that satisfying feeling of reaching the very edge of Denmark. A day like one long line to the sea.
