This loop gets its character from the wide arc it draws through eastern Brandenburg and Saxony. It does not start with a transfer; it starts on the bike, leaving Berlin toward Dahme-Heideseen, continuing into the Spreewald, then crossing Lower Lusatia all the way to Görlitz.
