This 9-day Alpine crossing runs from Nice over the major passes of the French Alps, through Switzerland and on towards Munich. The route links some of Europe’s most iconic road climbs: Col de Turini, Col de la Bonette, Col de Vars, Col d’Izoard, Col du Galibier, Col de l’Iseran and Cormet de Roselend. After the high Alps, the scenery keeps changing: Lake Geneva, the Vaud Alps, the Bernese Oberland, central Switzerland, Lake Constance and the Allgäu. A route for riders looking for long days, proper mountain passes and a clear journey across several Alpine regions.
